Steven brings more than 20 years of experience to his work with public sector employers in British Columbia and Ontario. Clients include police and fire departments as well as local government. He provides advice, representation, and training in the areas of employee performance management, workplace accommodation, discipline, and human rights.
There are two kinds of legal advice: Advice that comes before the problem or after the problem occurs. Steven believes in taking a preventative approach with his clients and offers a variety of training options. He can teach clients how to meet their legal obligations before they become legal problems.
